Papers Please Mac

  • Papers, Please is the perfect combination of curiosity, efficiency, and decision-making. As the immigration officer of a fictional, communist nation in 1982, you need to vet the returning natives and foreigners looking to cross the border.
  • Papers, Please for Mac transports you to a dystopian city where you play the immigration officer, providing a slow, text-based gameplay that can sharpen your memory skills.

Papers revolutionizes how you discover, organize, read, share and cite. The first thing you’ll notice when starting Papers 3 is the new stunning user interface. One of the most important changes in Papers 3 is however almost invisible: how easy it is to sync your library between your computers (Macs or PCs) and your iPad and iPhone.

Papers Please Mac Download

You play the role of a border-crossing immigration officer in the fictional dystopian Eastern Bloc-like country of Arstotzka. You review each immigrant’s and returning citizens’ passports and paperwork according to an increasing list of changing rules stemming from a volatile political landscape. Each person, whether legitimate or not, has a story about their journey and the personal impact of not being let in. Your choices not only impact the citizens but your own standing and money for your family. You must also decide whether to uphold the government or work with organisations to establish a new one. You play for 31 days and depending on your decisions there are 20 different endings.
These decisions are powerful because of the real stories they tell. There’s the jeopardy of acting morally but at risk and cost to your own job and impoverished family.
